On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the RMA team attended the Montélimar Job Fair, an event that brings together local companies and job seekers to explore local career opportunities.
Throughout the day, our booth welcomed many visitors who came to learn about our business and find out more about the services offered by RMA.
A day full of meaningful exchanges
The forum provided an opportunity to meet a wide range of people: job seekers, individuals looking to change careers, students seeking seasonal work, or simply those curious to explore new industries.
These discussions provided a clearer picture of how we operate, the role of our field teams, and the variety of projects we offer.
Visitors were also able to ask questions about how the missions are conducted, the skills we’re looking for, and how to join our network of volunteers.
Highlighting the value of our field roles
Beyond recruitment opportunities, participating in this type of event is primarily a way to raise awareness of careers in sales promotion and merchandising, which are often little known to the general public.
These face-to-face meetings are invaluable for showcasing the reality on the ground, sharing our expertise, and identifying new candidates who might join the RMA teams in the region.
