Feastables is a chocolate brand founded by MrBeast, the world's biggest YouTuber (over 444 million subscribers). Committed to a responsible approach, the brand manufactures its bars from 100% Fairtrade cocoa, guaranteeing production that respects producers and the environment.
In early 2025, Feastables entered the French market with exclusive distribution at Carrefour.
The challenge:
Establish the brand as soon as it is launched in a highly competitive environment, ensure maximum visibility on shelves and in aisle headers, and make a lasting impression with a nationwide operation.
Device in place
To make this express launch a success, RMA mobilized its field teams in a "commando merch" operation of pinpoint precision:
- Deployed nationwide in 3 days in 1,300 Carrefour outlets.
- Complete product layout: shelves, shelf nosing, price labels, and point-of-sale displays.
- Installation of high-impact displays, including a life-size MrBeast standee to boost brand visibility.
- Official launch at Carrefour Chambourcy, in the presence of MrBeast : digital animation, meeting with Carrefour teams and extensive media coverage.
Thanks to seamless coordination between the RMA, Carrefour and Feastables teams, each point of sale was promoted according to the most demanding merchandising standards.

This express operation enabled Feastables to achieve dazzling success as soon as it arrived in France:
